Brainshark Expands Professional Services Offerings

WALTHAM, Mass.--Brainshark, Inc., the leader in on-demand business communication solutions, today announced it has recently expanded its professional services offerings to include Email Marketing Best Practices Workshops and Rapid Results eMarketing Programs. Part of two new categories of Professional Services, these offerings are driven by strong demand from companies looking to leverage the higher impact, reach, and traceability of Brainshark-powered communications within their marketing, sales, training, and communications initiatives.

Email Marketing Best Practices Workshops, the first of a series of Workshop offerings, are designed to provide email marketers the specialized knowledge necessary to produce higher-impact, higher-reach, and more traceable email marketing campaigns. The four-hour session, delivered at the customer's site, covers list selection and management, message design and delivery, response tracking, and more. Integrated into the workshop is education on how to use the Brainshark on-demand business communication platform to make your email campaigns more memorable, personal, and traceable - at a fraction of the effort and expense typically involved in producing other forms of rich content.

The other new service offering, Rapid Results eMarketing Programs, combines eMarketing campaign services with a limited license of the Brainshark solution for a specific campaign. Brainshark consultants help to create and track the content, optimize response through testing; distribute the campaign, and track results. This service helps companies increase marketing response rates and qualified leads versus previous methods by delivering high impact, highly traceable campaigns in a short amount of time.

With the addition of these two service offerings, Brainshark now offers five general categories of professional services:

* Rapid Results Programs (NEW) - Direct assistance and program management to quickly & successfully launch marketing, sales, training, and corporate communications initiatives.

* Rapid Start Services - Training of presentation authors and administrators, best practices consulting, and guidance on incorporating the Brainshark solution within existing business processes.

Through the recent use of a Brainshark Rapid Results eMarketing Program, a leading technology reseller achieved record response to a co-op marketing campaign with its OEM partner. The reseller increased its typical response rates by 5 times and influenced more than $1.5 million in product revenues.
